The human behind the brand.

Alyssia
Founder & creative director

Hi — I'm Alyssia. I run a small social and creative practice for independent brands who care about how things feel, not just how they perform.

My background is in art direction and content strategy, but my real obsession is the language of brand — the photo crop, the caption rhythm, the rate at which a feed reveals itself. I work with founders one-to-one, embedded in the brand like an in-house lead would be, but with the eye of someone who's spent years studying how the best independents online actually behave.

I keep my list short — usually four or five clients at a time — so each one gets thinking, not templates. If you're at the point where your product is right and your audience is small but loyal, that's where I do my best work.

Most brands don't need another agency. They need someone who'll sit with their product, study their audience, and build the work around what's actually true. These are the four ways I help.

— 01
Social direction
StrategyPillarsToneCadence

An always-on creative lead for your social channels. Monthly strategy, weekly content direction, hands-on with captions and creative. The brain in your DMs, not a deck on a shelf.

From shoot day to post-day. Mood boards, shot lists, on-set direction, edits — and the systems to keep a content library full without burning anyone out.

Brand voice
Copy systemsCaptionsNewslettersLaunch comms

A voice document people can actually write from, plus the launch copy to prove it works. For founders who know what they sound like in a room but haven't bottled it yet.

Launch campaigns

A six-week sprint built around a product drop, a season, or a moment. End-to-end — concept, content, captions, rollout calendar, community plan. Pricing on enquiry.

Recent work, with care.

What it's like to work together.

"

Alyssia got our brand faster than we did. Within a month our feed looked like the brand we'd been describing in meetings for two years.

Most freelancers send you a content calendar and disappear. Alyssia is genuinely in the brand — she'll text you about a font on a coffee bag at 9pm because it changes our packaging idea.

Co-founder, Luna Coffee Co.
"

We saw a 3× lift in saves in the first eight weeks and our DMs finally started sounding like a community, not a customer service queue.

Iman Soraya
Founder, Kindred Skincare

A four-step way in.

Calm, no-surprise process. We move at the pace of the brand, not the calendar. Most clients are live with new content in week three.

— Step 01
A first conversation

A 45-minute call to talk about the brand, the audience, and the bit that's quietly bothering you. No pitch decks.

Week 01
— Step 02
A diagnosis

A short written read of your current presence — what's working, what's missing, where the brand voice goes thin.

Week 01 — 02
— Step 03
A direction document

A small, beautiful PDF: pillars, tone, sample posts, calendar shape, success measures. The work begins from here.

Week 02 — 03
— Step 04
In practice

Monthly retainer or sprint. Weekly check-ins, fortnightly content drops, monthly reviews. Cancel anytime.

Week 03 onwards

Questions, answered honestly.

What does a typical month look like?

A standing weekly call, a monthly content drop (usually 12–16 pieces), captions written, the calendar managed, and DMs triaged. Light, but consistent, and always in the brand's voice.

Do you handle paid ads?

No — I work with a small handful of trusted paid specialists I can introduce you to, and I'll build the creative they need. Keeping organic and paid clean lets each one do its job properly.

How much does it cost?

Retainers start at £1,800/mo for a single channel and £2,800/mo for a full social + content engagement. Six-week launch sprints from £4,500. All quoted after a first call — no two brands are the same.

What kinds of brands do you say no to?

Brands where the product isn't ready yet (social won't fix that), brands wanting purely follower growth without caring how, and anything in fast-fashion or quick-buck D2C. Be the kind of brand you'd want a friend to find.

Will you sign an NDA?

Of course. I'll also send a clean, plain-English contract — no surprise clauses, monthly rolling, 30 days notice either way.

Are you taking on new clients?

Currently with full capacity until August 2026, with one retainer spot opening in September. Sprint work has shorter lead time — usually three weeks.

Let's make something
people save.
